Fix & Flip Loans
We make it simple for the seasoned or first time real estate investor. No need to “shop” the loan with other hard money lenders, our rates and fees are much lower than all the others. We offer the following deals:
- Flips – We finance 100% of purchase, you bring in fix up cost
- 6 to 12 month terms – built in extensions!
- Loans from $50,000 to $700,000
If you are looking for a quick close on a flip or investment property, we can help! We can close in 2-3 days if the title and insurance is in the file.
